It is necessary for these two branches of Double-A Hotel to keep track of their day-to-day activities and customers’ records of their members, guests, and other staff personals. The current business functions of the Double-A Hotel are controlled and manipulated by human operators (not automatically, such as by computer system) to keep track all activities and records which is very cumbersome and error prone. It is inefficient and time-consuming process observing the continuous increase in population and number of customers visiting the hotel. It is also not economically and technically feasible to maintain customers’ records on paper.
