I just visited The Mall Bangkapi Branch shop yesterday night (16/09/58 time 19.45 -20.00PM) for searching 2 model women suit clothes from your Zara shop and when I went to ask the woman who stand at the cashier and showed her the photo of the things I wanna buy from Zara. She told me that I have to get the code of that thing in order to check whether there is on stock or not which I was understood for this reason but when I ask her to give me branch tel. no coz when I go back to check the code of the thing I want at home I can call to check with the branch about there is availability of that thing on stock or not .Surprisingly she show her face with some nonsense of service to me and told me that she didn't have her shop tel no. and told me that there is no stock of the thing I want but first time she told me that I have to have code of that code and then she could check the stock but how come later unless she didn't get the code yet and she answered me that she didn't have the stock and that's it for her answer then I asked her that didn't she has Mega Bangna Branch tel no.? and again she show her nonsense face and told me that "No" OMG for my oipinion should your staff have more service mind to customer? Even try to find for me or offer some new model for customer to choose or event give more information of other branch for your Zara customers. I intend to spend almost ฿ 10,000 for your Zara shop and wanna increase your Bangkapi branch sale volume but the result I got be the different from my intention and of course I will switch to other brand if I got this kind of service from you r The Mall Bangkapi Zara Branch shop . This is my a little bit complaint that you should train more your service mind staff even cashier staff to have more professional service mind and sales techniques coz if not your Zara customer as me will for sure switch to other brand.
