chlorophyll and anthocyanin pigments as biomarkers of food
quality and authenticity’’ reviewed by Professor C. Socaciu (Cluj-
Napoca, Romania). Last, but not least, Professor B. Bo¨ddi
(Budapest, Hungary) presented a study on ‘‘Chlorophylls and
their precursors in food plants’’. These comprehensive plenary
sessions were complemented by 28 oral presentations and 84
posters.
