Schneider’s subsidiary in Thailand is responsible for after-sales service and service in Thailand. The Accounting and Administration Officer will assist and support our Accounting and Administration Manager Asia and our Technical Operation Manager Asia Pacific on the day to day business.
Your main tasks will be:
Finance and accounting tasks such as master data, journal entries, reconciliations, APs, ARs and setup of payments
Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
Assist in general accounting operation, check and issue invoices
Check and handle reimbursement claims from customers
Handle daily general office administrative routines
Control travel expense reimbursement procedure
Other ad hoc assignments when required
Contact for our tax consultant and liaise with auditors
Control monthly employee time reports
Update employee data and maintain basic HR records
Provide secretarial support such as general correspondence, organizing of meetings, travel planning, etc.
You should therefore have the following qualifications and characteristics:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accountancy / Minor in Finance would be preferable
Good command of spoken, read and written English
Good in Revenue Code (Tax compliance)
Knowledge of computer programs and ability to use MS Office effectively. Experience in SAP R3 Program would be preferable.
Minimum 3 years experience in the accounting, preparing documents, Financial Statement analysis and budgeting
Active personality, excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet required deadlines
Female, Age between 25-35 years
