The above compensation is subject to the prevailing DPWN System . The actual payout will depend on youn performance and will be prorated according to your tenure in the posittionion for this compensation plan in the calenddar year.
The other terms and conditions of youn employment with the company will be unalary reviewffected by this appointment and shll remain unchanged. Your next alary review will be evaluated onthe 1 of April 2016 (if applicable)
