The เอเอ of Comparative Example 3, which
did not contain powdered milk and lactose in powdered milk,
but contained 11.4% of glucose โมโนไฮเดรต, and the
10 เอเอ of Comparative Example 4, which
contained low amount, 1%, of lactose in 2.5 % whole milk
powder, showed poor heat resistance. In addition,
เอเอs of Examples 6 to 10 had soft and
smooth เนื้อสัมผัส from the surface to the inside thereof.
