This is internal information , next time please only send email to me or the person who in charge the booking . No need to send all included agent like this email . Agent was confused and asked us again “ what is this”…
Booking 147099 with travel date on 08 Jan and agent paid 100% by bank transfer already. May be when you issue credit note the status was change from paid in full to “open” . Next time please check the status of booking fist and take note for yourself and then issue credit note.

One more thing I wrote to you: we have to refund to clients $112
It will be deposit for agent’s next booking. It also included the meaning this booking was paid
