Engine: Our car employs a 4-cylinder water cooled Suzuki GSX 600 engine MY 2009 with newly set up of the engine management system (EMS) for a fuel injection duty.
Engine electronics: A Motec M4 EMS was equipped to the engine with new loom and wiring harness. Some operating parameters e.g. inject scale, injection current, ignition delay time were calibrated to be proper for the racing circuit. Additionally, a movable 3D accelerometer (longitudinal, lateral, and vertical) was equipped to track vehicle behavior while racing at speed in each lap in order to improve driving results.
Transmission: A manufacturer’s equipped sequential six gear ratios manual transmission with aluminum casing was used. A system of paddle gear shift operates in combination with a manual transmission in-house made quick shift. By this manner, the driver does not need to remove his hands out of the steering wheel, thus making it more convenient and safety for the driver.
Bell crank: The material used is aluminum as standard manufacturer equipment. It exhibits lighter weight than steels as commonly known. There is a strength pressure from the wheel that is designed to be lesser. Due to its lightweight and small in size, it is easy to install with the other parts and structure. The design has been started using commercial program SolidWorks 2012 to create and then build a series of pieces by CNC
