• Handle sales of assigned customer account and industrial area
• Prepare quotation and technical data to support customers
• Maintain existing clients and develop new client base so as increasing business opportunities by approaching new customers.
• Responsible for sales and marketing activities, selling, close sales revenue
• Develop and execute plan to achieve sales target through customers.
• Prepare sales plan, quotations, sales reports and related documents.
• Respond to customer questions and complaints.
• Coordinate internally to ensure all customer service issues are effectively managed.
• Coordinate industrial customers both small and large departments Engineer, R & D Design inter offering goods and services. Comprehensive Services Engineering Software (CAD / CAM / CAE), Hardware, and Services related to product life cycle management (Product Life Cycle Management) since the start of the design process.
• Oversee and maintain the existing customer base. And find new prospects to expand to new customers.
• Fixed various issues that arise with customers, whether it is a quality product. Delivery was on time or not. And is happening day to day problems and find ways to prevent problems arising in the future.
• Planning stages such as planning visits to customers. Building relationships with distributors, customers and so on.
• Sales and Marketing, Coordination and the amount credited to the account of customers, including customer billing.
• Prepare sales plans and data collection to analysis and annual sales weekly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company (Booth, The Work Shop, and others).
