The main criticism of BrandsEye was its interface, which some users found difficult to
navigate and understand. At the time of BrandsEye’s relaunch, Tim Shier, Managing
Director at BrandsEye said: “BrandsEye Version 2 was built in HTML5 with its users’
experience as the number one priority. The new navigation is more intuitive and
provides immediate insights and reporting capabilities.”
