I understand how hard it is to close/fill a niche role with limited resources. So please, make it less complicated. When sourcing, you DO N O T shortlist/download all of the results/profiles just because 1 or 2 of your keywords are there. NEVER sacrifice the quality of your work. It's a reflection of you.
I'd rather not hit the target than give my client an awful CV.
