I found out that some of you has not received pdf file of installation record in your email and you’ve submitted installation record. In the case that you’ve not received pdf file, please use an excel form to complete it and send it to Nitchanun with cc: Pattera and myself.
For WSG order, there is another step which is BC need to update end user customer so when customer log a call our CCC can see it correctly.
Call to Action:
• CE who did installation since 8 Sep, please complete installation record form and send to Nitchanun, Pattera and myself.
• CE who has not received pdf file of installation record via email, please notify Pattera and cc: myself PRIOR you perform an installation.
• CE complete installation record in SAP CRM prior to do the service confirmation. Send email to confirm to Pattera and myself.
• Pattera: please re-check for all installation job that pdf file has been created and send over to assigned CE. If it’s sent in last minute (on same day of installation, please call CE to notify him).
• Pattera: please track all installation that has been done since 1 Sep and check for installation record form completion by CE, please report out who has not sent it.
