The 'Release' link will take you to a Web Portal where you will need to enter your PUBLIC E-mail address e.g john.smith@tnt.com.
Within a few minutes, you should then receive your Message Report via E-mail.
3 - Your local helpdesk or IS representative has the ability to assist with any queries or guidance on using your Message Report.
