Thanks to our expansion into various markets outside the South East Asia Region, we are due to change the way we structure our activity and are consolidating our companies.
As of July 1st 2015 we will consolidate all our operations within Web Perspective Ltd (WP) based in Hong Kong and will close our Thai based company Web Marketing & Reservations (WMR).
From July 1st 2015, what changes will occur: First off it will be business as usual as this is merely an administrative move!
1. your property(is) will remain listed with our network of web sites and Eats & Retreats; our other brands, Klik and Unique Retreats, are transferred to WP; Klik web site is to be renamed from klikasia.com to klik.villas
2. the contractual relationship with you is to be transferred under Web Perspective Ltd and we would need to sign a new agreement for the booking websites and Klik and Unique Retreats
3. all fees will be dues to Web Perspective (all current booking and Unique Retreats fee which are outstanding remain payable to WMR, on June 25th the latest)
4. all commissions due for the booking websites will be payable upon you receiving the balance payment (currently in place, just a reminder)
5. no VAT is applicable on our commissions which is to be due in USD as per the XE.com conversion from other currencies at the date of balance payment received
6. payments of commission may be done via bank transfer to our corporate account with HSBC in Hong Kong (nett of bank charges) until we have completed our migration to exclusively receive payment via our online payment gateway solution from which point no further bank transfers will be accepted. No more payment in Thailand can be accepted, without exceptions.
7. all our fees for Klik and Unique Retreats are to be converted to a USD value as of July 1st 2015
I trust this is not affecting too much your admin processes and that we will continue to work together in promoting your property(yes) using our various brands.
Please do let me know your thoughts on the above and if you have any queries on how to best process the change.
