Your CAP responses are 24 days past due and we have not received any communication from you since July 01. As explained, your CAP responses need to be submitted in the system. We cannot accept them via email. If you are unable to log into the system, please let us know so we can assist you. This issue has been escalated to CVS per the below email from Scott MacLennan. Please be aware that failure to respond to your corrective actions in a timely manner may result in monetary penalties.
