electronic transaction (e-transaction). Globalization
increasingly brings about a network economy. The Internet
enables hotel industries to cooperate in networks, in real-time
[6]. The hotel industry is developing new ways of
accomplishing their missions by leveraging the power of
information and applying network-centric concepts. Visions
are being formed and momentous progress is being made. A
great challenge of what has been done is a direct application of
new technology with existing practice processes. Therefore the
hotel industry has only begun to take advantage of the
opportunities afforded by hastily advancing information
technology. Especially, for budget hotel chains that need to
adapt along with hotel marketing trends. A trend towards the
Internet becoming the most important method for booking has
presented itself in all hospitality online markets [7]. With the
rapid growth of the internet user based and electronic
