However, there are only limited data on the composition and antimicrobial and antioxidant activities of EOs obtained from these herbs cultivated in Portugal. Thus, the aim of this study was determine (i) the chemical composition (ii) the antimicrobial activity and (iii) the antioxidant properties of the EOs of three aromatic herbs, Coriander (Coriander sativum), celery (Ap. graveolens) and bush-basil (O. minimum) widely used in Portugal.
