The aim is to identify the mediating effect of innovation culture on the job satisfaction between strategic
human resource management and employee ownership. To test the propositions, a field survey using questionnaires was
conducted. 479 printed questionnaires were collected from Marmara Region. Especially in private sector, SHRM is directly
effective on employee behaviors. The findings indicate that employee ownership as a critical psychological factor creates a step
between the organizational factors and job satisfaction.
