36 interior orientation parameters, including eight intra-array
parameters for each array and 12 inter-array parameters (two
sets of translation and rotation parameters among the €hree
arrays). Here it is assumed that the image coordinate system
of Array I is used as the platform coordinate system in order
to reduce the parameters involved. Because a laboratory calibration
is usually impossible during the lifetime of the satellite,
it is recommended that frequent evaluations of the
interior orientation parameters be carried out using calibration
ranges
