Once again thank you very much for your organisation of the Bangkok Airways demonstration.
As an airline catering is always buying big quantities, I want to start preparing for the demo now.
Most airlines communicate what they stand for through the food they serve, e.g. quality, fresh-ness, healthy food, European or Asian. Therefore I would like to find out in which direction the airline is going in the next 4 year cycle. If I know the trend, I can try to prepare recipes to match that trend.
Can you please communicate with the customer and try to answer the following questions:
1) Asian or European
2) Soft & Sweet or whole meal and healthy
3) Ready to serve or for further processing
4) Required shelf life
5) Presentation style, breakfast, lunch or snack
6) Warm or cold food service
If possible, it would be nice to receive some sample recipes of products they produced in the past. I can then see the weight, volume and height of the product, which is important as they are packed in standard units, so they have to fit.
