Passenger Service Lead Agent (Ticketing)
Responsibilities
• Ensure ticketing policies and procedures are corerctly implemented
• Perform seat booking requested,issuing and re-issuing of tickets,re-validation ticket,fare calculation and etc.
Qualifications
• Male or Female
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 years up working experience in airline ticketing and reservation
• Able to work in shift pattern
• Good command in English
