Energy is an important factor in the life of human beings. In modern times, the energy need for electricity, petroleum for cars to travel, and include the power to drive various electronic devices for comfort. In addition, it is also the new knowledge driven to satisfy the requirements for the unlimited human. I'm a rural children. My parents are farmers. My life has been involving with a nature since my childhood. When I grow up. I observe a change of environments such as a change of season, increased pollution, and many worst natural disasters. These things happen because people use the existing natural resources accumulated over hundreds of years without concerning its limitation.So, when nature's balance changes,it results damage to humans.
At the present time, many countries have an interest in developing clean energy from the natural resources which are sun, wind, water currents, and the part of the waste such as waste of animals, food residue or even microorganisms used to produce energy. At the elementary level, I studied at Bankad Khemmawangrajrungsarid School, which is a public school in Maewang district, Chiang Mai. I've been learning and making water-biological fermentation from the remnants of the students’ lunch and EM (Effective Microorganisms). The liquid from fermentation is used in waste-water treatment and used as protection and insecticide for vegetables of the school. The residues or solids from the fermentation are used as a fertilizer to nourish the plants and prepare soil for planting the next crop. In the high school, I studied at Sanpatong wittayakom school, Sanpatong district, Chiang Mai. During the rainy season, I had done things about building a dam to make the water flow slowly from the flash floods . Moreover, I did tree planting activities, and made a list of plants’ names in an area of the school.I had been aware of the environment because it nurtured our lives. To breathe fresh air and not suffer from seriously natural disaster, these things are all human want. The most important thing is a clean diet, which comes from clean raw materials. Besides,food makes human beings have energy to work for inventing or developing something new. Therefore, I intend to study about Food Science and Technology at Faculty of Agro-industry, Chiang Mai University. To study about the science of the food, it is important to human beings. Modern science and technology learning, educational experiences, observations, as well as internships in factories make me more aware of the impact caused by the production in the food industry. In addition, the environmental pollution is released despite there is the measurment concerning the release of pollution.However, we will ensure that industry is followed in accordance with the defined. So,the factory owner must have responsibilities and honesty towards society.In 2nd year, I had the opportunity to study the production of industrial foods such as meatball factory, milk factory, noodle factory, and canned food factory. The energy was used in industries such as transparent roofs so that the light can shine through them to save power from turning on the light bulbs. The other was the wastewater treatment before being released into the source.In the 3rd year that I was elected to be a faculty representative who was one of 7 students of Chiang Mai University participating in The CPF Getting to Know 2013 Program by Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CPF), Bangkok.In the program (November 23rd -24th , 2013), I had visited the industry in Saraburi province, and poultry farm in NakhonRatchasima province. On a visit to the industry, I had gained knowledge from the experts about line processing and the use of technology in animal husbandry at the company’s poultry farm. From where I was given the opportunity to study several factories. It made me realize that the pollution is increasing every day. However, the implementation of the management of resources and wasted emissions from the production of it requires a great deal of the industry that must be more environmentally responsible as well.
When a modern technology has been being developed efficiency. There's a lot of construction going on but resources are used slowly. So, it's time for a new generation to pay attention to the environment. The use of clean energy, I was the one who realized this because I focused on the food. The food comes from agricultural raw materials which have good quality and safety or not depending on soil, water, air. I want to give people the world of good food because getting a bad meal shall have an effect on the body that causes a variety of diseases. So, I'm sure to participate in the program about the clean energy in countries with advanced technology as Japan. Furturmore, the advantages of the actual work performed the knowledge of experts in each field who are knowledgeable about clean energy. I believe that I will learn with experts directly and I have determination, effort, and diligence. Also, I like to learn new things, and own practice. I can take the knowledge and experience to apply in my higher study in master degree of food safety in Japan and work in the food industry. Also, I can contribute to the world as well. Because I am a citizen of the world.
