Responsibility:
Drive and facilitate the HRM Committee, adhering to global processes and ensuring flawless follow-up of agreed upon action items
Understand the customer’s priorities and needs and apply the appropriate HR strategies, including organizational design and change initiatives
Proactively manage the people issues for the customer and provide integrated HR strategy and solution by working closely with other Center Of Expertise HR professionals.
Focus area are the following:
Manage common HRM processes
Consult with Investigation Manager and execute investigations resulting from employee complaints or disciplinary counseling and provide recommendations to leadership
Support Regional Functional HRBPs in timely preparation of reports and transactions
Provide counsel on external local market dynamics to customers
Manage International Employee on boarding process working closely with service providers to ensure flawless on-boarding
Requirement:

Ability to listen objectively and constructively to solve disputes/issues between employees and supervisor
High level of analytical ability where problems are complex
High level of maturity and managerial courage
Strong customer focus and flexibility to ensure performance standards are exceeded in a changing work environment

Ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple complex issues
Ability to work within a small team while maintaining responsibility for own performance
Good command of communication skill both in Thai and English
