Sleeping well and enough is absolutely important to keeping healthy. A adult needs eight hours at least to sleep, because the organs of the body need rest themselves to regain their power. A person who stay up late often and get up early will easily become weak.
Scientific and appropriate amount of diet is also important to maintain healthy. One�s body�s need a lot of nutrition such as the vitamin, the protein, the water, and so on. All of these things are body need should contain in the food one daily eat. Surely, the amount one eat everyday must be appropriate , eat too much or too much is harmful to one�s appetite. I often have my meal with low fat and cholesterol. Sometimes eat some fruits to add the vitamin my body needs.
Exercising is an useful way to keep healthy. By doing exercise one could improve his or her condition of body. I keep exercise for at last an hour, four to five times a week. After dinner, I usually take a slow walk around my house.
Furthermore, one should have good habit of his or her life. Smoking and alcoholism are do harm to the body. One should get rid of these kinds of bad habit.In condition, I believe sleeping enough, eating well, exercising often, and not smoking and drinking are the best way for me to keep healthy.
