HR Partnership Specialist
Job Description:-
Analyze business information for HR strategy, human capital scorecard development and HR roadmap execution.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of the business and assists in providing creative solutions to HR issues to maximize success of the business.
Provide advices to Line managers by partnering on moderately complex HR processes and procedures.
Manage performance management, capacity planning, organization culture development and other HR key initiatives.
Develop and ensure execution of HR priorities that align with business objectives while providing value as business partner to growing the business.
Provide comprehensive Human Resource support to a business unit or corporate function.
Qualifications:-
Master's degree in MBA, Human Resource Management, Finance or related fields
1-3 years experience in HR and Banking Business, Business & Management Strategy, Business Strategy planning
Good command in English
Good presentation skill
High achievement drive and good teamwork player
