Yes you can reactivate X724699 user, but DPA should know Exact Last Name, First Name, Middle initial, and Date of Birth which has same as X724699. Then he has to add user and system will find duplicate account and DPA can transfer it to his dealership account. If DPA is not able to do this activity tell me I will reactivate this ID.
DPA can reset password for any user which are enrolled to his account. He has to search that user and clicking on modify function he can reset password. But if user is 180 Days revoked he need to click on UPDATE profile and tick on “Need System Access”, then save changes and system will ask to reset password.
