1) peel cucumbers, cut each into 3 pieces, cut out the center to make them hollow and set aside.
2) mix ground pork, chopped garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and baking powder together. Marinate it for at least half an hour, and then keep it in the refrigerator.

) then stuff the marinated pork inside the hollow cucumbers. Repeat it until your cucumbers or marinated pork are gone.
3.1 Use toothpicks to keep the pork from falling out when you cook them.
4) add chicken stock in a pot on medium high heat, wait until the water is boiling.
4.1 stuffed cucumbers and carrots into the pot.
5) make a small ball with the rest of your marinated pork (if you have any left) then add into the pot for flavor. Stir it a few times while the soup is boiling for about 20 minutes or until the cucumbers and pork in the center are cooked, then turn the heat off.
6) serve in a small bowl and spread a few celery leave on the soup.
