Authorities in Dubai have shut down part of the metro's green line after a major fire broke out in one of the city's districts.
Dubai's Road Transport Authority said the fire on Monday night struck the Deira neighbourhood along the Dubai Creek.
It said it was providing buses between the affected metro stations.
It wasn't immediately clear if there were any injuries in the blaze.
Fires have affected several skyscrapers in the United Arab Emirates, including a blaze in February which broke out at Dubai's 86-storey Torch tower, one of the world's tallest residential towers
