1. Responsible for processing of all time attendance ; leave / overtime / lateness / absence and other activities of all staff and submit the information to management.
2. Responsible for processing or calculating the payroll of all staff in group of companies.
3. Responsible for processing all claims for provident fund, health insurance, social security or loan for all employees.
4. Responsible for processing of the probation of staff and update the company benefit for transfer into the master computer list.
5. Responsible for distributing, following up and controlling the annual evaluation form - to return and also calculate the year end benefits including carrying out the records, reports and analysis.
6. Prepare and process the documents to submit to the bank for salary / income transfer ; provident fund payments and also prepare the tax documents for the revenue Dept monthly to ensure that the company do the business in accordance to Thai Laws.
