We at Dream Gran Castillo Resort 5* would like to thank you for sharing your experience in our hotel with us on Tripadvisor.
We are so sorry to read that you didn't have a nice welcome to our hotel, we always try to receive our guests with the best service but because the different times of the arrivals is difficult to please everyone. We would like to apologize for all the issues that you had during your stay with us. It is good to know that you contacted with our reception staff to find a solution for all the problems that you mentioned, on that way we will be able to get better and improve our services. It is really disappointing to hear that you and your kid had physical damages, and we really hope that both of you will be ok. The quality and the professionalism of our entire team are very important factors to Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts and we will make sure situations like this will not occur again. We apologize you thought the hotel wasn’t cleaned properly, unfortunately during the high season with so many guests in our hotel, it is hard to keep everything in perfect condition at all times, but we can assure you our staff is working really hard to keep the hotel very clean. We have a special sun bed policy in our hotel, where the pool man removes towels from sun beds, which are not being used for a longer time, so every guest has a chance of lying on a comfortable sun bed. About the food, it is difficult to satisfy every taste, but we do try by offering three types of restaurants (Italian, Oriental and International Buffet) to let our clients decide where to dinner as many times as they want (booking in advance). Also it is difficult to satisfy every guest with the drinks, but in the four different bars we serve our guests many different types of drinks, so there is something for everyone. We don’t provide an iron in the room due to security measures, but we offer laundry service and ironing service. We are really sorry to know that you kept this feeling about us, and we hope you will come to our hotel again, so we can have a second chance to assure you of our high standard.
