Handle documents, students' application forms, etc.
Introduce BLC services to potential students (face-to-face & telephone)
Highlight the unique benefits of studying with BLC
Liaise with management and other parts of the company to provide advice to students and potential students
Handle all administration relating to students from pre-enrollment to post-course follow-up
Work with management on continually enhancing the standards of services provided to students
Handle and follow-up on all student questions and queries
Work with other BRIT staff to promote the centre at exhibitions and open days
