It's important that you realize that Jewish law does not permit marriage between a Jew and a non-Jew.
No matter how deeply you both might feel about each other, or how devoted you are to each other, Judaism says that only two Jews can be soulmates.
As for conversion to Judaism: Judaism does not believe the whole world must be Jewish. Therefore, only if someone is deeply, deeply compelled, from their innermost soul, to live life as a Jew, only then is conversion to Judaism possible. This means years of study, and then a lifelong commitment to the practices and ideals and laws and traditions of Jewish law.
I know this is difficult for you to hear, but it is important that you be aware of this reality.
