I am unsure if the separate outgoings and income can be merged or whether it has been felt preferable to keep them as separate streams.
I understand your frustration for the lack of response which I've apologised for above, but am sure you'll be glad to know that there is a new dedicated customer services agent starting next week whose job it will be to deal with the intricacies of owners' enquiries.
