Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience:
University degree in Major of Sales & Marketing or Major of Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 1 years’ business development/ Sales experience
Special Knowledge:
• Freight forwarding
• Computer basic knowledge, MS Office (doc., xls., ppt.)
• AS400 & FM3000 user know-how
• S.P.O.T. know-how and ability to demonstrate
• Fluent in English language
• Thai Native

Business Development Sales Executive

1. Proactively seek out new business opportunities in Thailand’s market.
2. Hunt for new customers and build up strong sales pipeline.
3. Maintain regular contact with customers, increase revenue from existing customers and assure high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Arrange face to face meetings with key decision makers at the customer’s side.
5. Complete an in-depth needs analysis for the customer and identify areas of the business where value added services can be provided to optimize the organizations supply chain and logistics function.
6. Manage the relationship between the dedicated operations team, customer and finance department.
7. Follow up on invoicing and billing with the customers and ensure the credit limits not exceeded and overdue as agreement.
8. Work closely with overseas partners and internal Cargo-Partner teams in order to provide sales lead and develop strategic plans.
9. Ability to identify new markets and generate new business development.
10. To maintain agents relationships in accordance with company policy and GND ASPAC
11. Responsible for weekly report and maintain CRM per company policy.
12. To persuade a profit policy at all the time
13. To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.
