Our electrochemical DNA biosensor has presented some advantages, such as easy-to-use, cheaper, sensitive and less time-consuming in comparison to the other types of biosensor platforms developed for analyzing of the interactions of some other anticancer drugswith nucleic acids. These advanced biosensor platforms successfully detected TPT in our study compared to the one developed in more labor intensive and time-consuming study [38]. Moreover, they could be utilized for understanding and evaluating the mechanism of TPT even if cancer cells and detect TPT sensitively in a shorter time compared to the conventional
techniques.
