4.Orzo or quinoa are splendid options instead of meat. Orzo is a small, seed-shaped pasta that cooks quickly. Quinoa is a grain-like crop, often used as a substitute for rice. Quinoa is healthier, but both are delicious in salad.
Mix all of the ingredients in the bowl. Add your favorite dressing.
