In depth study, analyze and interpret compensation and summary for management review.
Propose compensation and benefit change (if any).
Periodical review job evaluation.
Execute adhoc HR task and studying as requested by top management.
Work with Regional Team and Consultant to implement new HRIS.
Provide project status of HRIS / feedback for the country.
Execute project activities e.g User Acceptance Testing, Prototyping, Data Cleaning, etc.
Educate user after HRIS implementation.
