I just finished talking with K. Kajohnsak, VP-Legal on this issue. He gave me some information that actually it is not a must as you mentioned.
And also, he talked with both Mr. Hoa (Vietnamese Legal) and K. Taweesak about this issue. However, he still insisted certainly not agree if the Trade Union Established in the company although the company will get fine. He has asked me to check with Ms.Mai how much the fine that we have to pay in case if the Trade Union is unacceptable.
