The diagnostic method of ≥10 % ELV was 100 % specific
(see Table 3) but had low sensitivity (17 %), identifying
only two of the nine women with clinician-determined
arm lymphoedema (k = 0.217, p = 0.029). There was a
substantial level of agreement between clinician-determined
swelling and patient self-report of current swelling
(k = 0.833, p = 0.000, see Table 3).
