ENG when guest went to BF.
10:30hrs guest called to Narong [FOM] informing that they reported us for fixing air
and Engineer went to their villa and went out for a while so they did not
fixing or cannot fix. Narong [FOM] informing that EN is still fixing undern
and apologize for taking time.
Khun Dech [EN] met guest after that and guest request to come later because they want
to relax at the villa pool and need privacy.
