2.14 (Australia only) Clients counseling prospective students for ILSC’s Australian schools must be familiar with and conduct
their business in accordance with the National Code. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of this Agreement.
The national code is available on line at http://www.aei.gov.au/regulatory-information/Education-Services-forOverseas-Students-ESOS-Legislative-Framework/National-Code/Pages/default.aspx or by contacting ILSC directly. The
National Code can also be downloaded from the ILSC’s Australian website in the download section as a pdf. ILSC recommends
that Clients consider taking the online Clients course for counseling students coming to Australia available via AEI website. If you
require further information please contact ILSC’s marketing staff.
2.15 (Australia only) Prior to enrolling students at ILSC Australian locations Clients should undertake the following in order to
counsel the students (and for Australia as per Standard 2 of the National Code).
a) The Client agrees to explain the nature of the school programs and policies. The school staff will be available at
any time to provide the Client with information and counseling on the school policies and programs.
b) Clients should only use the school’s material to market the school.
c) Clients should request the school’s permission to use the logo in any self-created materials and discuss content
with relevant Marketing staff at the school.
d) Clients must use the school’s enrollment form and counsel the student on all pages of the document including the
Refund Policy and the Grievance policy prior to signing by the student.
