• To conduct the quotation for Sales team and Customer
• To manage all purchase orders for trading
• Forecasting levels of demand for any product to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock level
• Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in term of best value, delivery schedules and quality
• Developing an organization’s purchasing strategy
• Producing reports and statistics using computer software
• Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their production,
checking the quality of products
• Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customer
• Review purchase order claims
• Developing budgets, staffing
• Other duties as assigned
