. Cumulative data from two
years show that semen nanopurification with PNA particles resulted in an average conception
rate (CR) of 64.5 ± 3.8% with a 10 million dose of nanopurified spermatozoa, equivalent to
control non-purified dose of 20 million spermatozoa (CR=63.3 ± 3.2%), and greater (P < 0.05)
than a 10 million dose of non-purified control spermatozoa (CR=53.7 ± 3.2%; Table 1 b).
