Agree with Jason’s comment and have difficulty to understand why the opportunities are not updated before the 90 days expiry date
Why is that happening?
Look, you receive a weekly report and it shows all dates
It includes the date when the last update was made
As soon as this is close to 90 days, lets say 2 weeks before, you can ask the sales person for an update
In the following weekly meeting on Monday you can remind the sales person about your request
If there is any doubt, we can decide in the meeting what update we should do
The update is done before Thursday and the below never happens
You need to understand that both Wanasuk and Manabu are very busy talking with clients and they need your support for all administrative matters including updating CW1
They need to be reminded about things like the date being close to expiring – in other words, you should be pro active
