Apart from identifying the target market and formulating the marketing strategies, we will also work with the developer in identifying the unique selling points of the project.
4.2.4 Programme of Promotional Activities
We will advise on the implementation of comprehensive promotional campaigns in conjunction with the owner’s representatives which will include, but not limited to, give-aways, special promotional selling prices, promotion of referrals such as member gets member, etc with the view to boost and escalate sales activities for each stage :
Pre-Launch
• Enhance market anticipation through media exposure, signage and other promotions.
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of press releases.
• Direct marketing based on DTZ’s corporate client lists, referrals, multinational corporations, private bankers and high net worth individuals.
