3. Results
3.1. Growth performance
The specific growthrate (SGR)of V. alginolyticus infected A. sebae fed
with 1%, 5%, and 10% enriched diets slightly decreased but did not vary
significantly from weeks 1 to 4. However, in the infected un-treated group, the SGR significantly decreased onweeks 3 and 4 (Fig. 1). On the
other hand, the feed conversion ratio (FCR) progressively increased
when fed with 1%, 5%, and 10% supplementation diets from weeks 1 to
4 as compared to control. But in infected untreated fish fed with control
basal diet it decreased significantly on weeks 3 and 4 (Fig. 2).
