Companies that offered securities and filed registration statements in the past or whose shares
are listed on Japanese stock exchanges are required to file Securities Reports annually with
the FSA. The contents of a company's Securities Report are similar to those in the registration
statement. From the accounting period beginning on or after April 2008, FIEA requires listed
companies to submit quarterly reports. Quarterly financial statements included in the
quarterly reports need to be reviewed by CPAs or an audit corporation
