This is Hyunseung Lim who i am staying at one(s box)of your hotels now. And i did checkin on almost 3 AM today.
Today early in the morning, someone woke me suddenly and i herard there is no payment for my reservation from front by internal phone.
But i made a reservation a few days ago by "hotels.com" and already paid. As soon as i heard the information, went down and contact with front. She said there is no information about my reservation and only can find ex-canceled reservation. So i told them i made a reservation again and let her see a confirmation E-mail and card receipt. But the answer from your staff was no information and i got to pay again now at that times. She told me If there is no suspicion related to fact relation, they will pay back money. But actually thats rediculous thing i tried to contact "hotels.com" in my country. As lots of time passed by, they communicate each orther and my problem was gone without my fault. I asked "whats the problem" to the third party staff he said your S hotel seemed not to find my reservation and has a fault for my inconvenience By the way your staff told me the site gave your hotel wrong information. Who's fault? who do i request this compensation for wasting my time and inconvenience?
As long as i thought, the only one thing is clear. If i had a problem, you should not have done checkin a few times ago. And there was nothing wrong at that times.(Even if i sent a email for checkin yesterday)
I wish the process/manual will be improved and your customer service as well.
Please check this situation and reply to my complain.
