I'm going to present about typs of exercise.
There are 3 types.
The first is Aerobic exercises.
Aerobic exercises such as cycling, walking, running, hiking, and playing tennis, focus on increasing cardiovascular endurance.
The second is Anaerobic exercise.
Anaerobic exercises, such as weight training, increase short-term muscle strength.
And Finally is Flexibility exercises.
Flexibility exercises such as stretching improve the range of motion of muscles and joints.
But the most commonly performed are Aerobic and Anaerobic exercises.
