From what I've read from your guys' comments, I'm starting to believe Glenn is actually ALIVE! Based off on what I read and thought, I have several reasons that Glenn is alive.
First off, Nicholas shot himself, and Glenn did not get injured. Can you imagine how badly your ears would ring when a huge gunshot happens? And also, not to mention, Glenn and Nicholas were wearing the same exact clothing. Nicholas's body was on top of Glenn's, and therefore, he probably used him as a shield. My theory is that Glenn slid underneath the dumpster while Nicholas was getting eaten. So from there, I think they showed the dumpster from a high angle for a reason to give the possibility that Glenn may be alive. Not only that, why would they kill off another loved one of Maggie right after of what just happened to Beth, right? I feel that AMC is making it too early for Glenn's fate on the show.
Another reason would be that why would your intestines come out of your chest? I know that it looks like it's Glenn being the one ripped apart, but why did they not show Nicholas's face while he is being eaten! Like why, cmon the show is messing with us. But just imagine how Maggie would react, like we've seen enough tragedy in her character after Beth and Hershel. So yeah, he also wasn't in the Talking Dead memorial. The actor would actually be on the Talking Dead if the character died so that they could discuss the memories and highlights of everything. So cmon, Steven would be on Talking Dead if he really died.
They also showed Glenn not responding to the walkie talkie for a reason, so it gives the illusion of his death. But let's face it, AMC doesn't even have to try to attack our feelings.
But for real though, for an episode of a major character death, they would've had some foreshadowing of the character!!! And the episode title would actually be related to the character, but since it's titled "Thank You", it's only Nicholas, see guys the illusion of the message, u think it's thanks from Glenn but it's Nicholas.
AMC, If you really want to kill off a major and most loved character, then actually make the death meaningful.
